India reports 147 COVID-19 deaths, 13,701 cases in past 24 hrs

NEW DELHI: India recorded 13,701 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 10,625,420.

Currently, 190,976 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 10,281,391 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 153,000-mark.

With 147 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 153,053, according to the latest figures by Worldometers.
