KATHMANDU: Milan Pandey, coordinator of Bibeksheel Sajha Party, who was dismissed from the party by Chairman Rabindra Mishra, has defied abiding by the action taken against him.
Earlier, issuing a statement on Tuesday, Mishra had announced that Pandey has been expelled from the party.
However, Pandey, commenting on social media later Tuesday denounced the action taken by Mishra saying the action is illegal.
“It is unlawful and unacceptable that rather than taking the ideological and political differences to the party forums for discussion, the party leadership has taken action against the differing views,” he said.
Pandey has also accused Mishra of discarding the party constitution and unification manifesto.
