KATHMANDU: Police have arrested Bhakti Ram Kadel, a resident of Chamunda Bindrasaini Municipality, Dailekh, on the charge of child marriage, on Sunday.
Kadel married a minor girl by wooing her on November 19 and kept her at his home since then.
Police took both into custody after being tipped off about the incident.
Police are investigating further after obtaining a 5-day remand from the District Court.
