KATHMANDU: Indian Ambassador to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra has called on Defense Minister Dr. Minendra Rijal at the latter’s office in Singha Durbar Thursday.
Minister Rijal informed about the meeting with Indian Ambassador Kwatra through social media. He posted a picture of his meeting with Ambassador Kwatra.
The topics of their discussion have not been made public yet.
