COVID-19: Nepal records 77 fresh cases, tally hits 275,906



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 77 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally has reached 275,906 in the country as of Sunday afternoon.

Likewise, the country has currently 969 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 106 have been discharged after they fully recovered from the infection.

So far, 271,921 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

No new deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours.

A total of 3,181 PCR tests were conducted across the country in the period.
