Three killed in separate road accidents



KATHMANDU: Three people have died in separate road accidents in Sankhuwasabha, Banke and Rautahat districts.

A motorcyclist Khedu Chaudhary, 50, of Phatuwa Bijayapur municipality-11, Rautahat died after his motorcycle was hit by a tipper on Sunday night. Chudhary died on the spot, according to District Police Office, Rautahat.

Similarly, a 60-year-old Man Bahadur KC died after being hit by a truck, Pradesh 02-001 Kha 0088, at Golchha in Kohalpur municipality-8, Banke yesterday evening. The victim is from Aathbiskot municipality-11, Rukum West.

Likewise, an 11-year-old Nishan Rai was killed after a tractor, Pradesh 1-02-003 Ta 1229, at Sabhapokhari rural municipality-1, Tallo Dhupu.

Police said they are investigating the case after taking the tractor and the driver under control.
