2 children die as three-storey building collapses in India’s Andhra Pradesh



NEW DELHI: Two children died after a three-storey building collapsed in Kadiri town of Anantapur in India’s Andhra Pradesh.

The building collapsed over a nearby two-story building, leaving a few residents trapped under the rubble, India Today reported.

At least six people were rescued and being treated at the local hospital, it said.

Fire and police officials are at the spot to carry out rescue and relief operations.
