Time to protect constitution: CM Nepali



POKHARA: Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Krishna Chandra Nepali Pokhrel said the responsibility to protect the constitution had come to Nepali Congress.

Addressing a virtual program organized by the Kaski chapter of Democratic Thoughts Society on Saturday, CM Nepali reiterated that NC was always serious about protecting the democratic constitution which was promulgated during the government led by NC.

Central Chairman of the Society Dr Kedar Narsing KC, Vice Chairman Kulchandra Wagle, Secretary Prof Dr Basudev Bhandari, and district Chairman Prof Dr Giridhari Sharma underscored the need for unity among democratic forces to face the challenges before the constitution.

Advocate Kapilmani Dahal presented a concept note on ‘Protection of Constitution: Present Need’ where constitutional expert Dr Bipin Adhikari made comments during the program.
