Constitution can be refined and developed in time:  Dr. Shekhar Koirala



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Shekhar Koirala has said that the constitution is a dynamic document and can be refined and developed in a timely manner.

Issuing a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Constitution Day on Sunday, NC leader Koirala has urged all to make the best use of the visions incorporated in the constitution.

He has also requested all to work collaboratively to end cope up with the difficulties and challenges underlying in the effective implementation of the constitutional provisions and contribute together in building a strong, prosperous, inclusive and advanced Nepal.
