Former Gandaki CM Gurung Constitution has put an end to oppression



KATHMANDU: Former Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Prithvi Subba Gurung has said that the current Constitution has put an end to all forms of discrimination and united the Nepali society with ethnic, linguistic, religious, cultural and geographical diversity.

Issuing a congratulatory message on the occasion of the seventh Constitution Day today, he said that the Constitution has put an end to all kinds of oppression.

Stating that the national sovereignty of Nepal is vested in the Nepali people, the message states that the country is now moving towards building a prosperous nation by assimilating the responsibilities guided by the new Constitution.
