JSP will not take part in Constitution Day programs: Chairman Yadav



KATHMANDU: The Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) has said it will not mark the Constitution Day programs today.

JSP Chairman Upendra Yadav, issuing a statement Saturday, said the constitution contained discriminatory and incomplete provisions and hence the party would not participate in the Constitution Day programs.

Yadav also called for protesting against the discriminatory and flawed provisions of the constitution.

He stressed that the constitution had yet to address the national issues raised by Madhesi, marginalized, Dalit, women, Muslim, Tharu, minority communities as well as oppressed castes and communities.
