DAMAULI: A girl has been found dead inside her house near Parewadanda in Byas Municipality-10 of Tanahu district.
The girl identified as Manumaya Thapa, 27, was found dead in her room last evening.
The deceased’s husband is said to be in India for employment.
Locals have demanded an investigation into his murder.
Police have arrested a youth, according to Yuvraj Timilsina, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Tanahun.
“We are investigating the incident. Details will come after the investigation,” he said.
