Kathmandu Valley sees 634 fresh COVID-19 cases



KATHMANDU: As many as 634 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, there have been 505 cases in Kathmandu, 97 in Lalitpur, and 32 in Bhaktapur in the past 24  hours.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 1,281 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,227 persons have been tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method while 54 have been tested positive through the Antigen method.

Meanwhile, 255 persons have returned home after complete health recovery today.

Similarly, the ministry shared that eight more fatalities were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 3091.
