The SC meeting to be held at the party’s central office in Paris Danda, Koteshwor at 11 am will discuss recent political developments and Maoist Center’s support to the government, among other issues, according to an SC member.

“Today’s meeting will basically be focused on the party’s stance on whether to withdraw its support to the Prime Minister KP Oli-led government or to continue its support,” the Maoist party leader said.

Prime Minister Oli, speaking at a program in the capital last week, challenged the Maoist Center party to withdraw its support.
