Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 2,061 with three new fatalities



KATHMANDU: As many as three COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 2,061 as of Friday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 97 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,73,263 in the country as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 1,583 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 114 from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,69,619 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
