Desh Darshan launches Kathmandu-Pokhara night bus service



KATHMANDU: Desh Darshan Bus Sewa Pvt. Ltd. has launched a Kathmandu-Pokhara night bus service.

The company has started the tourist transport service from Monday in order to promote the domestic tourism badly hit by the COVID-19.

The tourist bus departs from Bouddha for Pokhara at 6:30 pm and it departs at 7:30 pm from Pokhara to Kathmandu, according to the company.

Executive Director of Desh Darshan Shree Kanta Acharya said the company has procured as many as 16 buses at the investment of Rs 120 million targeting both domestic and international  tourists.

The company has already launched night bus services from Kathmandu-Janakpur, Kathmandu-Sunauli and Kathmandu-Lumbini night bus services.
