America’s COVID-19 cases cross 24.6 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 24,615,172 in the United States of America after 130,818 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,668,374 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 14,538,271 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 408,527 with 1,329 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,048,394 and infected 95,978,191 globally until the filing of this news.
