Chitra Lekha Yadav from Deuba panel elected CWC member



KATHMANDU: Chitra Lekha Yadav has been elected as the central working committee (CWC) member of the Nepali Congress.

Yadav has been elected as the CWC member under the women category from Province 2.

She belongs to the Sher Bahadur Deuba panel.

She defeated Geeta Chaudhary of Shekhar Koirala group. Chitra Lekha got 2,731 votes while Chaudhary got 1,885 votes.
