Nepali peacekeepers conduct medal parade in Congo



KATHMANDU: Nepali peacekeeping troops working for the MONUSCO Congo have conducted a medal parade ceremony.

Nepali peacekeepers from Shree Bhawanidal Battalion and Shree No. 24 Field Company of Nepal Army organized the medal parade amidst a special ceremony on October 13.

Chief of Staff John Stanley Chaika of MONUSCO graced the ceremony as the chief guest.

Nepali Army peacekeeping troops have been working for the MONUSCO Congo at the request of the United Nations.
