KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has said the weather is generally cloudy in most parts of the country and it is raining heavily in some parts of Sudurpashchim Pradesh.
Currently, light to moderate rain is occurring in some parts of Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki Provinces, according to the Division.
Low pressure weather system formed in the Bay of Bengal and the central India which is gradually surging towards north and the westerly wind are causing light to moderate rain in Nepal, said the Division.
According to the Division, the weather will remain generally to fully cloudy with chances of light to moderate rain in some parts of Sudurpashchim, Karnali, Gandaki and Lumbini.
Similarly, the weather will remain generally to fully cloudy with chances of light to moderate rain in most parts of Sudurpashchim, Karnali, Gandaki, Lumbini and in some parts of Pradesh 1, Pradesh 2 and Bagmati Pradesh tonight.
