KATHMANDU: Justice Kumar Regmi is scheduled to heart the writ petition filed by former Managing Director of Nepali Electricity Authority (NEA) Hitendra Dev Shakya.
Shakya had on August 6 filed the writ petition at the Supreme Court (SC) seeking his reinstatement as NEA MD by relieving incumbent MD Kulman Ghising.
Shakya in in the writ petition has stated that he has been removed from the job without any valid reasons.
