Domestic flights to resume services from June end



KATHMANDU: The government is making preparations to resume operations of domestic flights from June end.

The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has said that the preparations are underway to resume domestic flights from June 29.

The domestic flights have been closed for the last 45 days due to COVID-19.

The government has shut down domestic flights since May 3 (midnight) due to spike in the cases of COVID-19.

According to an official at the Ministry, the domestic flights will resume operations only after June end.
