Former Minister Pun demands fair distribution of health materials

Says distribution on the basis of access to leadership is corruption



KATHMANDU: Former Minister and CPN-Maoist Center leader Barsha Man Pun has demanded fair distribution of the health materials including oxygen cylinders.

Stating on his social media, on Tuesday, that the health materials should be distributed on the basis of priority not the access to power, Pun has demanded the details of the oxygen cylinders brought from China.

“To hold the oxygen cylinders at the ruling party leaders and their relatives’ house rather than distributing them on the basis of priority is the abuse of power and is an act of corruption,” Pun said, demanding, “Let the details of the cylinders recently procured be public.”

He has sought investigation on how those most essential materials have been hoarded or misused.
