Prachanda-Nepal faction submits letter demanding clarification from PM Oli within 3 days

KATHMANDU: The Prachanda-Nepal faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has handed over a letter to the Prime Minister’s residence over a decision to seek clarification from PM KP Oli.

The group handed over the letter to Baluwatar demanding clarification from Oli within three days.

The letter has been handed over to PM Oli on Monday as per the decision of the Standing Committee of the faction.

Standing Committee members Surendra Pandey, Mukund Neupane, and Office Secretary Shreeram Dhakal had reached Baluwatar with the letter.

“Why not take action against you for anti-party activities? Please give a satisfactory explanation within three days,” said Dhakal mentioning what written in the letter.

A Standing Committee meeting of the faction held at the party’s central office in Perisdanda on Friday had decided to seek clarification from the prime minister.
