KATHMANDU: Defense Minister Dr. Minendra Rijal has visited the Nepal Army (NA) Headquarters in Bhadrakali on Sunday.
Minister Rijal said efforts would be made to promote national security and increase the capacity of the NA as well as ensuring resources for the implementation of the tasks prioritized by the army, according to NA.
Welcoming the Defense Minister, Chief of Army Staff General Prabhuram Sharma said the NA was determined to fulfill its constitutional responsibility in any situation and emphasized modernization and professional strengthening of the NA.
