Coalition govt working to ensure people realize development: Minister Karki



KATHMANDU: Spokesperson of the government and Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentarian Affairs Gyanendra Bahadur Karki asserted that the incumbent coalition government was working in a way it ensures people realize development in the country.

Minister Karki said it while inaugurating the office of the National Trust for Nature Conservation set up in the office of Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve at Koshi Rural Municipality-3 in Sunsari district on Friday.

The Minister assured that the budget this government brought would not cease but get implemented. Karki appealed to the Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve officials to manage the makuna species of wild elephants that have been conserved by the Reserve. The pachyderm has been pestering the people residing nearby the sanctuary.

Minister Karki, on a different note, said that the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) was a development project for Nepal so everyone should play a constructive role to endorse it from the parliament.
