U.S. govt facilitates departure of Nepalis serving at U.S. Embassy in Kabul

Nepalis working at U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan return home safely



KATHMANDU: The U.S. government has facilitated the departure of all Nepalis working at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu welcomed the Nepalis, who were brought back to Nepal from Kabul, at Tribhuvan International Airport Tuesday morning.

The U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu took to its official page in Facebook Tuesday to praise Nepalis, who served at the U.S. Mission in Afghanistan, for their bravery and service.

According to the embassy, Nepalis working in U.S. Embassy in Kabul flew to Kathmandu on first flight today via Middle East.
