BUTWAL: CPN-UML has sent a letter to the Provincial Secretariat of Lumbini Province seeking dismissal of its two lawmakers for participating in the ruling coalition government.

UML chief whip Bhumishwor Dhakal said the letter has been sent to the Secretariat after recently appointed Minister for Without Portfolio Ajaya Sahi and Lawmaker Bimala Kumari Khatri Oli engaged in activities against the party statute and extended support to Kul Prasad KC-led government.

A team of UML lawmakers including UML Chief Whip Dhakal submitted a letter to the Speaker of Provincial Assembly of Lumbini Province Purna Bahadur Gharti seeking action against them.
