KATHMANDU: Germany has announced a ban on the flights into its couintry from Nepal effective from Monday.
Issuing a press note, German Embassy in Kathmandu said the flights from Nepal to Germany have been banned effective from Monday.
Similarly, the German government is making preparations to rescue its citizens via chartered flights.
With this decision, those Nepalis who have already received visas will not be allowed to go to Germany.
The visa service has also been banned until the prohibitory order is lifted in Nepal.
