India records 11,795 new COVID-19 cases; 109 deaths



NEW DELHI: India recorded 11,795 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 10,937,106.

Currently, 138,254 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 10,642,903 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 155,900-mark.

With 109 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 155,949, according to the latest figures by Worldometers.
