KATHMANDU: The Federal Parliament Secretariat conducted PCR tests on lawmakers Friday.

The PCR tests were carried out on parliamentarians of both the House of Representatives (HoR) and the National Assembly from 10 am to 4 pm, said Rojnath Pandey, the spokesperson of the Federal Parliament Secretariat.

Swabs collection of lawmakers took place at the Federal Parliament building in New Baneshwor from 10 am to 4 pm, according to Pandey.

Antigen tests of all people, including parliamentarians, officials and security personnel, have been scheduled before July 18.

A meeting of the reinstated HoR is taking place on coming Sunday.
