COVID-19: UAE bans its citizens from traveling to Nepal



KATHMANDU: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has banned its citizens from traveling to Nepal.

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority have banned their citizens from traveling to 14 countries, including Nepal, until July 20 due to the risk of COVID-19 infection.

The UAE has banned its citizens from traveling to Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Namibia, Zambia, Congo, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Liberia, South Africa and Nigeria.

Similarly, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged its citizens to exercise all kinds of precautions regarding COVID-19 while visiting other countries.
