NC leader Deuba provides Rs 1 million to set up oxygen plant

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Dr. Arzoo Rana Deuba has extended financial assistance of Rs 1 million to Dhangadi Sub-metropolitan City to set up an oxygen plant in the sub-metropolis.

Leader Deuba deposited the amount in the Mayor’s Welfare Fund established by the sub-metropolis. She was an election candidate from Kailali Constituency-5.

Dhangadi Sub-metropolis Mayor Nripa Bahdadur Wad confirmed Deuba’s contribution Sunday.

Deuba said she extended the help so that Kailai residents could get adequate treatment during this Covid-19 crisis.

Dhangadi Sub-metropolis has also launched a fund collection campaign to set up an oxygen plant in the sub-metropolis.
