KATHMANDU: The parliamentary hearing committee (PHC) unanimously endorsed nominee justices Nahakul Subedi and Kumar Chudal to Supreme Court (SC) Friday.
A meeting of PHC held today approved the recommendations forwarded by Judicial Council after questioning the nominees.
The Judicial Council had recommended Subedi and Chudal for the SC on March 12.
A total of seven complaints have been received by the Parliamentary Hearing Committee against them.
The parliamentary committee had already held discussions with those filing the complaints.
