India’s Virat Kohli equals MS Dhoni’s Test captaincy record in India

NEW DELHI: India’s skipper Virat Kohli has added another feather to his cap after leading the Indian cricket team to a 317-run series-leveling win over England in the second Test in Chennai.

The win saw Kohli equal MS Dhoni’s record of 21 Test wins in India. This has made him the joint-most successful captain for India in Test cricket, India Today has reported.

According to the report, all-round India has produced a glittering performance to register a 317-run victory on Day 4 of the 2nd Test match against England in Chennai by leveling the 4-match series 1-1 before heading to Ahmedabad for the final 2 Tests.

Chasing a record victory target of 482, England were all out for 164 in their second innings with Moeen Ali their top scorer with a breezy 43, India Today said.
