Coalition of unsuccessful leaders encircling UML to defeat it: UML leader Rayamajhi

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML leader Top Bahadur Rayamajhi has said that unsuccessful leaders were forming alliances to encircle the UML and defeat it.

Branding the ruling coalition as a coalition of unsuccessful groups at a UML cadres’ gathering in Butwal Monday, he said the UML would foil the ruling coalition’s bid and return to power.

Rayamajhi accused Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ of having merged with the UML in 2018 with a sinful heart. “Prachanda dismantled party unity for the sake of the post,” he said.

Stating that the Maoist Center was subservient to the Nepali Congress, he said the country could never be prosperous under the leadership of the Nepali Congress.
