KASKI: The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Gandaki Province has rebranded Pokhara, the tourist city, as ‘Pokhara Pure as Paradise’. Earlier, Pokhara had been branded as ‘Paradise Pokhara’.
This rebranding is as part of branding tourist destinations of the country, said chief executive officer of the NTB, Dr Dhananjaya Regmi. He expressed the hope that this branding would help Pokhara to be known as a tourist destination nationally and internationally.
This rebranding was done with suggestions and advice from experts, said senior director of the NTB Kashi Raj Bhandari.
