Nepal-Khanal camp holds internal discussion in New Baneshwor



KATHMANDU: The Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal camp of the CPN-UML is holding an internal discussion among its leaders in New Baneshwor.

They have gathered after meeting the rival faction leaders at party office in Dhumbarai earlier on Monday.

Prime Minister KP Oli and Madhav Kumar Nepal also held one-one-one talks after discussion among rival leaders concluded.

Both sides stuck to their guns at the meeting, according to UML leader Raghuji Panta.

After the meeting in party office earlier, PM Oli and senior leader Nepal gave differing opinions about their one-on-one meet.

Leader Nepal while leaving Dhumbarai UML party office told reporters his tête-à-tête with PM Oli began smoothly but turned bitter towards the end.
