Nepal-Khanal group smells rat on PM-President meeting

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday evening met with President Bidya Bhandari.

According to Baluwatar sources, Prime Minister Oli reached Baluwatar at 7 pm and came back to Baluwatar after holding talks with President Bhandari for almost one and a half hours.

The matters discussed during the meeting between Oli and Bhandari have been kept secret.

Baluwatar has said it was a regular meeting.

However, opposition parties including the Nepal-Khanal faction of the ruling CPN-UML have smelt a rat on Oli’s such kinds of visits to Shital Niwas.

Earlier, Oli had made frequent visits to Shital Niwas before the dissolution of the House of Representatives.
