ILAM: One person has died in a tractor accident in Maijogmai rural municipality of Ilam district.
The deceased has been identified as Purna Ghale, 54, of Gairigaun-4. According to the District Police Office, Ilam, he died after falling off a tractor loaded with straw.
His body was brought to Ilam Hospital for post-mortem after completing the legal process, said SP Mahendra Shrestha.
Police have taken the driver under control and are carrying out further investigation into the case.
