Lumbini province assembly meeting put off again



KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Lumbini Province Assembly has been put off again.

According to the Province Assembly Secretariat, the fifth meeting of the ninth session summoned for Wednesday has been postponed by posting a notice as per the directive of the Speaker.

Next meeting has been re-scheduled for 1.00 pm Thursday on September 16, the secretariat shared. Earlier, the province assembly meetings were adjourned twice due to regular obstruction by opposition party, CPN-UML.
