NEPSE decreases by 18.54 points



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) has decreased by 18.54 points on Tuesday, the third trading day of the week.

With today’s decline, the index has come down to 2929.28 points.

A total of 10.63 million shares of 222 companies traded today resulting in a turnover of Rs 5.19 billion.

All sub-indices decreased today, with non-life insurance shares down the most at 2.04 percent.

Similarly, the share of the Development Bank has declined by 1.19 percent.

Similarly, the share price of Manakamana Smart Microfinance has seen a positive circuit on Tuesday while the share of Sanima Life has increased by more than 9 percent.

Likewise, the share price of Rashtriya Bima Company shrunk the most by 5.56 percent on Tuesday.

More than 270 million shares of Arun Valley Hydropower were traded on Tuesday, while shares of Rairang Hydro and United Modi Hydro were traded at Rs 22 million each.
