KATHMANDU: CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has met General Secretary Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplov’ of Chand-led Nepal Communist Party at his residence in Khumaltar Wednesday.
The two leaders met for the first time after Biplov returned to mainstream politics.
