KODARI: Vehicular movement has resumed on the Kodari road section along the Araniko Highway since Tuesday. The rain-triggered floods and landslides had disrupted the road traffic.

The flood-fed Bhotekoshi on last June 19 had eroded the Kodari road of Tatopani – the main trade transit to China from Sindhupalchowk.

Likewise, the landslides had also caused damages to the 50-meter section of the road.

A temporary track has been placed to open the disrupted road traffic, said Engineer of Division Road Office, Dolakha, Govinda Dumari. —
