KATHMANDU: Metropolitan Police Circle Satdobato has nabbed a man on charge of raping a 24-year-old woman in Lalitpur.
According to police sources, Anush Majhi, 23, of Khandadebi-1, Ramechhap currently living at Lalitpur-28, Dhapakhel was arrested Saturday morning for raping a woman at Friday night.
The police are investigating for further details.
The instances of domestic violence and sexual assault are at a rise in the valley of late.
