CPN ‘Biplav’ lays foundation stone for central office in Kapilvastu



KATHMANDU: Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ led Communist Party of Nepal has laid foundation stone for the construction of its central office building in Shivagadhi, Kapilvastu.

According to sources, General Secretary Biplav laid the foundation stone in a formal program organized in Kapilvastu on Wednesday.

Formerly outlawed, Biplav’s party had agreed to take to peaceful politics after signing an agreement with the government on March 5.

Biplav’s party is more active in the Terai from Nawalpur to Kapilvastu.
