Australia’s PM Morrison extends best wishes on Nepali New Year



KATHMANDU:  Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison has congratulated the Nepali people and the government of Nepal on the occasion of Nepali New Year 2078.

Issuing a statement on Tuesday, Prime Minister Morrison wished Nepali people peace and security on the occasion of Nepali New Year stating that the celebration of the New Year by the Nepali community will also provide opportunity to the Australians to have a glimpse of their cultures.

Appreciating the diverse cultures held by different communities in Australia, Morrison expected golden future of the Nepali community on the basis of the strength and cooperation among them.
