Former State Minister Dinesh Chandra Yadav passes away



KATHMANDU: Former State Minister and a member of the Landless Squatters’ Problems Resolution Commission Dinesh Chandra Yadav has passed away.

Yadav, who had tested positive for COVID-19 on December 27, has died in the course of treatment at Grande International Hospital on Thursday morning.

He had been the Banke in-charge of ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Minister of State for Water Supply and Sanitation and a member of the Constituent Assembly.

Also a diabetic patient, Yadav had been receiving treatment on ventilator, according to Grade Hospital.
