Schools open in Humla



SIMKOT: The schools shut down due to COVID-19 in Humla have opened with physical attendance of students from today.

With the decision of the COVID-19 Crisis Management of the district, the schools have opened in all the rural municipalities starting today.

Headmaster of Balmandir Secondary School Kailash Rokaya informed that around 70 percent of students have turned up in the schools in the first day of the opening of the school.

There are a total of 400 students in this school.

Mask-wearing has been made mandatory in all the schools that have come into operations, said Rokaya.
