NEPSE increases by 16.34 points



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) has increased by 16.34 points on Tuesday, the third trading day of the week.

With today’s increment, the index has reached 2871.03 points.

A total of 12.34 million shares of 223 companies traded today resulting in a turnover of Rs 5.54 billion.

On this day, the index of all groups except life insurance has increased. Investors in large-cap funds lost the most at 3.08 percent on Tuesday.

Similarly, Central Finance Company Limited has earned 6.98 percent. Shares of Nepal Bangladesh Bank have been bought and sold for Rs. 450 million.
